What we do

Servcorp recognises that strong Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices are fundamental to long-term business success and lasting value creation for all stakeholders. We view ESG not as a compliance obligation, but as a strategic driver of stronger business performance, enhanced reputation, and shared value between Servcorp and the communities in which we operate. Our approach is grounded in transparency, integrity, and accountability; from reducing our environmental impact and supporting conservation efforts, to promoting diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing across our global operations.

We see sustainability as sound business practice. Our Board and management teams are committed to ethical leadership and accountability at every level, ensuring decisions are made in the best interests of shareholders, clients, and society. By embedding ESG principles into our strategy, we aim to build a future where growth, responsibility, and positive impact coexist.

Our Strategy

As regulatory expectations around climate-related disclosure continue to evolve, Servcorp is committed to strengthening the way we measure, manage, and report on our environmental impact. We focus on innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and building long-term resilience to meet the sustainability challenges ahead.

Our global commitment to sustainability

As a global business, we recognise our duty to operate sustainably and help protect the environment for future generations.

Servcorp has proudly supported environmental restoration efforts for many years, partnering on initiatives aimed at revegetation, carbon offsetting, and conservation. Our Virtual Offices offer a naturally lower-impact option, helping reduce the environmental footprint of businesses around the world.

Through these efforts, we work to lower carbon emissions, offset our footprint, and educate our teams and clients on reducing their own environmental impact -  while also supporting healthier ecosystems, from water quality to habitat restoration for local wildlife.

We continue to deepen our environmental partnerships, working toward long-term, legally protected conservation initiatives that promote biodiversity, remove carbon from the atmosphere, and restore habitats for wildlife. Together, we're working to create a lasting environmental impact that extends beyond our office walls.

  • Mareeba Wetlands (QLD)

    Muluridgi Country

    • Restoring wetland ecosystems that support over 220 bird species and the endangered northern quoll.
    • Native vegetation planting has restored more than 30 hectares of wetland habitat over the past three years.
    • The site also protects one of the most diverse mammal habitats in the Cape York region. Greenfleet continues to monitor the forest's long-term growth and resilience.
  • Haly Creek Road (QLD)

    Waka Waka Country

    • Restoring native forest habitat that supports local koalas, echidnas, possums, and native birds.
    • Around 50 locally native plant species are being reintroduced, representing endangered forest ecosystems lost to land clearing.
    • Koalas have been sighted near the site as recently as 2024, and will benefit directly from the new habitat and food sources being restored.
  • Cherry Gully & Avon (QLD)

    Yuggera Country

    • A large-scale reforestation project restoring critical koala habitat and improving water quality along Cherry Gully.
    • Spans more than 250 hectares across two properties northwest of Brisbane, with koala presence already confirmed on site.
    • Restoring native vegetation here also improves soil stability and carbon capture, supporting both local wildlife and the wider river catchment.
  • Wurneet Laang Laang (VIC)

    Boonwurrung Country

    • A long-running restoration site where genetic testing confirmed the return of Victoria's original Strzelecki koala population.
    • More than 60,000 native trees planted since Servcorp's support began in 2018, including the vulnerable Strzelecki gum.
    • Koalas were spotted living among the young trees just three years after planting — a strong early sign of the restoration's success.
  • Corymbia Farm (VIC)

    Boonwurrung Country

    • Protecting the habitat of the Giant Gippsland Earthworm, a species found nowhere else in the world.
    • Over 26,000 native trees and shrubs planted since 2018 to stabilise soil and protect the ecosystem.
    • The site is prone to landslides that threaten the earthworm's sensitive underground habitat, making this restoration work especially important.
  • Avoca (NSW)

    Wiradjuri Country

    • Reconnecting fragmented habitat along a key ecological corridor supporting over 20 endangered and vulnerable species.
    • The 1,700-hectare site sits beside Buddigower State Forest and Nature Reserve, an area of high biological significance.
    • Restoration here helps reconnect fragmented habitats and supports the movement of wildlife, including migratory species like the swift parrot.
