Santos Place is a premium A Grade tower in the heart of Brisbane CBD within the legal district.
Designed by progressive eco architects Donovan Hill and opened in 2009, Santos Place is a shining example of contemporary green commercial office space. This 38 level tower boasts a 6 Star Green Star (as built), Australian Building Greenhouse Rating of 5 Stars, and 5 Star target NABERS energy rating.
